Norwich City have signed Grant Holt on a 3 year deal despite him handing in a transfer request in May. Long term this might be a questionable move by the Canaries as the English forward is 31 years old but for fantasy premier league managers he could be an interesting bargain 3rd forward for your team.
Last season Holt managed 15 premier league goals and if new Manager Haughton can keep Norwich playing attacking football he could add a serious amount of fantasy points for the fantasy football managers that back him.
“I’m really pleased we’ve agreed things and I’ve got the deal which gives me and my family a bit of security,” Holt told the official Norwich website.
“I do appreciate where the club was coming from in terms of the process we’ve gone through to get to this point.
“Now I’m just really keen to concentrate on getting back to work with the rest of the lads and concentrating on having a good pre-season and getting ready for the start of another season in the Premier League.”

can you guys get a countdown until fantasy premier league opens?
Good news for Norwich supporters. He ended up 8th highest scorer (goals) in the EPL. Might be worth a punt.
